The Learning Never Ends
Today we learned something new. Cooper no longer likes napping in his swing. The swing was somewhat of a lifesaver for us from the early days up until recently, because he would sleep in it for hours. Now, he cries or fusses and isn’t the least bit interested in sleeping in it. As an experiment this afternoon, we put him in the bassinet we have in our room and he passed out in about ten minutes. Perhaps now he’s starting to appreciate the coziness and comfort a bed can offer, and anything less simply won’t do. Good for him… and us.
A Fussy Boy
Cooper has been fussy lately. It’s probably a combination of his being tired, and his sick mom and dad’s inability to play with him as much as they’d like. The irony is that the colds we have probably originated from something he brought home from day care. That’ll teach him.
Kidding aside, it does seem like all I’ve been able to write about lately is sickness. It’s a bit of a downer, but I’m sure things will start to look up soon.
