First and foremost, the best way you can support this site is to visit often and leave comments. It really does motivate me to keep writing if I know that people are reading, and interacting with me through this blog.

I’ve also placed advertisements on the site, that I hope aren’t too obtrusive or distracting. My wild imagination has fabricated a scenario in which my full time job would eventually become maintaining this blog, and I could live off of ad revenue. The great thing about that fantasy is that I could spend as much time as I wanted to with my family. I really like the idea of spending time with my wife and child, and writing about that time and the other joys of fatherhood. The practical side of me, however, tells me that I will never make money from this blog, bringing me back to my first point: visit often and leave comments. I also call it the R2 I (read “R-squared I”) principle: Read, Return, Interact. That’s something only a true geek could come up with.
